Here are the things we should do to live for one hundred twenty years .
1. Mind control
o Remember the joyful memories in your twenties
o Remeber best figure in your life
o Measure the distance between the best and present mind
o Think of twenties mind to decrease the gap.
o Always try to bring back your best appearance.
2. Posture control
o Sit with legs crossed, as in Buddhist statues.
o Concentrate on the navel and straighten the back.
o Push up the energy from the navel to chest and press it down
by your both shoulders.
3. Walking control
o Squeeze the navel and the anus.
o Walk a constant step keeping upper state
o Touch the front and heel part of foot on the ground at the same time
4. Face control
o Make a happy face
o Practice the mouth to be smile appearence
o Always be ready to laugh
5. Drive and check
o Check your goal every week and remind yourself of your original intention
o Operate self-generator for 24 hours
o Never give up, only modify
